On Wednesday 6 October 2010 we announced the formal completion of our acquisition of Envestors Ltd, the London-based specialist corporate finance advisory business. The acquisition creates an enlarged entity that will offer a unique and comprehensive suite of tax efficient products to offer high net worth investors and gives the Group greater geographical reach.  

Established in 2004, Envestors Ltd comprises Envestors Private Investor Club, a network of 700+ private individuals and family offices looking to invest between £20,000 and £5m in high-growth businesses, and Envestors Corporate Finance, which acts for companies seeking finance of up to £20m and ensures businesses are fully investment ready before marketing proposals to investment funds, VCTs and banks, as well as its investor base. Envestors has offices in London, Manchester, Jersey and Dubai.

The acquisition is Braveheart’s third since its AIM listing in 2007, and demonstrates our ongoing strategy of building shareholder value, both by way of both portfolio development, and growth of our investment management business.

Braveheart’s London office will now be at 1 Lancaster Place, WC2E 7ED, which is also the trading address of Envestors.
